The 2024 FRC season is upon us, and competition is just a few weeks away. While other teams are doing their first competitions, we are finishing up our robot. It has been quite the season. Here's just a short list of things we have accomplished:

• Raised a lot of money and spent almost the same amount of money.

• Have built two complete swerve drive modules.

• Have designed and built a robot that shoots and picks notes up off the floor.

• Have an almost driving swerve-drive chassis. Hopefully, we get that this week!

• Designed our own parts to have them manufactured by CCIC.

• Designed our robot on OnShape before we actually built it.

Apparently, we will not be the "old man" robot at our competition this year. That's pretty huge for us, not gonna lie.

I have been told that I am going to die at Overland and be buried under the shop. I will then be the shop ghost and possess all future robots. I have also been told that I have to stay teaching at Overland forever because a current freshman expects me to be teaching his kids in the future. (This is the same freshman. I hope that I retire before his kids make it to high school and that I die long after I retire.)
