Ms. McD's Virtual Classroom v2.0

While taking DIME2, I decided to redo my Virtual Classroom app from the spring for the final. The class really took all the things that I had discovered in the spring and made them much more clear. While I would consider v1.0 to be a hacked-together version of code that worked but wasn't pretty, this version is the better-designed, better-written iteration. It has the same basic functionality but adds a few more things. Now students can indicate their level of frustration in real time, and the teacher and student can have a chat conversation in addition to the ability to raise their hand and ask specific questions.
